"Manipur CM N Biren submitted his resignation letter to governor A K Bhalla on Sunday at Raj Bhavan in Imphal. He said in a letter that "it has been an honor to serve the people of Manipur thus far. I am extremely grateful to the central government for timely actions, interventions, development works, and implementation of various projects for safeguarding the interest of every single Manipuri"."My sincere request to the central government through your good office is to continue with the same. I take the opportunity to enumerate the most important ones of them to make the territorial integrity of Manipur, which has a rich, diverse civilization history over thousands of years," the letter added.Governor AK Bhalla accepted Biren's resignation and asked him to continue "till alternative arrangements.".Biren decided to give his resignation after meeting Home Minister Amit Shah in Delhi on Sunday. जब से इसराईल और ईरान के बीच मे लड़ाई गहरी हुए हैं तब से विश्व राजनीति संकट मे आ रही है और अब ईरान अमेरिका को खुलेआम चेतावनी भी दी है कि USA ईन सब से दूर रहे दरअसल, 6 महीनों से दोनों देशों के बीच जंग छिड़ी हुए है और जिसके कारण से अब इसराईल के उत्तरी क्षेत्र में सैनिक तैनात करनी पड़ेगी क्योंकि israil ने Damascus पर हमला किया था, जहा ईरान की embassy मे 2 मुख्य जनरल मारे गए जिसका बदला अब ईरान लेने को तैयार है | दोनों देशों के बीच लड़ाई क्यों 1979 ईरान क्रांति के पहले ईरान एक राजवंश था और अपने देश को आजाद करने के बाद वो मुस्लिम देश के साथ जुड़ने की बात कही इसीलिए उनका संपर्क Lebanon से हुए और Palestine के हमास से भी जुड़ गया | उसी समय उनके लीडर खोमैनी ने कहा कि हम इस्लाम को फैलाएगे और जो भी अभिमानी देश है जैसे अमेरिका और ईसराईल उसको हम सबक सिखायेंगे| America को चेतावनी क्यों दोनों देशों के लड़ाई के बीच अमेरिका की एंट्री हो चूकी है, और अमेरिका ने कहा कि हमारी टीम israil के साथ रहेगी. जिसके जवाब मे ईरान ने अमेरिका को आगाह करते हुए ईन सब चीजों से दूर रहने की नसीहत दी और बोला अगर आप बीच मे आते हैं तो आप Netanyahu के जाल में फंस जायेंगे | इसराईल का बयान इसराईल ने कहा कि ईरान के पास युद्ध के लिए गोला बारूद कम है, अगर युद्ध के दौरान सभी missile खत्म होते हैं तो ईरान परमाणु का उपयोग कर सकता है, जो विश्व के लिए चिंता का विषय है |
UNSC(United Nation Security council) में अब हो सकते है बदलाव, कई देशों की मांग है कीं उनकी भी सदस्यता को मंजूरी दी जाए | दरअसल, जब से यूक्रेन - रूस, गाजा पट्टी, इजराइल - हमास का युद्ध का आगाज हुआ है तब से UNSC पर कई सवाल उठ रहे हैं , जिसका जवाब UNSC के स्थाई सदस्य China, france, Russia federation, the United Kingdom and United States के पास नहीं है. इसीलिए पूरे विश्व मे कहीं न कहीं इसकी सदस्यता और गतिविधि पर सवाल उठ रहे हैं | इसी विषय पर सवाल पूछे जाने पर भारत के विदेश मंत्री. एस जयशंकर ने कहा कि भारत को बहुत जल्द स्थाई सदस्यता मिल सकती है लेकिन अभी काफी मेहनत लगेगा. जिसकी वज़ह ये है कि इसके स्थाई सदस्य Chaina, Russia federation, France, united kingdom and United States की मंजूरी लगेगी | सदस्यता क्यों जरूरी जब से यूक्रेन - रूस युद्ध. गाजा पट्टी, इसराईल, फ़िलिस्तीन युद्ध चालू हुआ है, तभी से UNSC पर ढेरों सवाल उठ रहे हैं क्योंकि यह वैश्विक शांति रखने का प्रयास नहीं कर रही है, जिसकी वज़ह कहीं न कहीं वैश्विक राजनीतिकरण और आपसी देशों का फायदा दिखता है. लेकिन वहीं भारत युद्ध को शांत करने मे, और दक्षिण के देशों मे आपसी सुलझ - समझौते करा रही है और पूरे विश्व मे एक शांतिदूत का फर्ज अदा कर रहा है, जिसके लिए सदस्यता कई मायने मे भारत को ज्यादा प्रभावशील बनाएंगी | वर्तमान मे कितने सदस्य UNSC को बने लगभग 80 साल हो चुके है लेकिन अभी भी उसके सिर्फ 5 स्थाई सदस्य और 50 अस्थाई सदस्य है जो बढ़कर अब 193 हो चुके है | लेकिन अब भारत के साथ साथ कई देश चाहते है कि सदस्यता बढ़ाई जाए भारत की मांग UNSC 2.0 एस जयशंकर ने कहा कि भारत यह चाहता है कि UNSC मे बदलाव हो 6 स्थाई और 5 अस्थाई सदस्यता बढ़ाई जाए जिससे अफ़्रीका जैसे बड़े देशों को बराबरी का मौका मिले | भारत दुनिया का सबसे ज्यादा जनसंख्या वाला देश है जिससे हमे भी प्रतिनिधित्व करने का मौका मिले. सबसे ज्यादा जरूरी यह है कि 21 वी सदी मे बदलाव की जरूरत है जहा security, creditability, capability और global peace बनी रहे |
