"Manipur CM N Biren submitted his resignation letter to governor A K Bhalla on Sunday at Raj Bhavan in Imphal. He said in a letter that "it has been an honor to serve the people of Manipur thus far. I am extremely grateful to the central government for timely actions, interventions, development works, and implementation of various projects for safeguarding the interest of every single Manipuri"."My sincere request to the central government through your good office is to continue with the same. I take the opportunity to enumerate the most important ones of them to make the territorial integrity of Manipur, which has a rich, diverse civilization history over thousands of years," the letter added.Governor AK Bhalla accepted Biren's resignation and asked him to continue "till alternative arrangements.".Biren decided to give his resignation after meeting Home Minister Amit Shah in Delhi on Sunday. भारतीय जनता पार्टी ने दिल्ली विधानसभा 2025 के चुनाव में दिल्ली के 70 सीटों में से 48 सीटों पर जीत हासिल कर ली है और पूर्व सत्ता धारी आम आदमी पार्टी 22 सीटों पर सिमट गई है, वही तीसरी पार्टी कांग्रेस 0 के आंकड़े को भी पर नहीं कर पाई, यह 27 साल बाद हुआ है की भारतीय जनता पार्टी राजधानी दिल्ली में बिना किसी गड़बंधन के वापसी कर गई है। इस चुनाव में ऐसे बदलाव के आसार शायद ही आम आदमी पार्ट या अन्य को रही होगी। दिल्ली के दिग्गज आम आदमी पार्टी के बड़े चेहरे जैसे अरविंद केजरीवाल मनीष सिसोदिया, सौरभ भारद्वाज, सोमनाथ भारती और अवध ओझा को हार का सामना करना पड़ा है, वहीं पूर्व डिप्टी सीएम आतिशी ने अपनी कालकाजी सीट को सिर्फ 500-600 सीटों के आंकड़े से बचा लिया। भाजपा के दिग्गज प्रत्याशी प्रवेश वर्मा, कपिल मिश्रा, मनजिंदर सिंह सिरसा जैसे बड़े चेहरे ने जीत हासिल की है और दिल्ली के जनता को एकमत करके कमल खिलाया है। दिल्ली की राजनीति में, प्रवेश वर्मा एक बड़ा चेहरा प्रवेश वर्मा की बात करे, तो वे 1993 में दिल्ली के सीएम रहे साहेब सिंह वर्मा के बेटे है। लगातार वो आलाकमान के करीब और पार्टी का काम करते आए है, हालांकि पिछले लोकसभा में इनकी टिकट काटी गई थी। लेकिन इन्होंने इसका विरोध भी किया और पार्टी निर्देश समझकर पार्टी निर्देश को सम्मान दिया, वही अभी विधानसभा चुनाव में सबसे बड़े चेहरे के रूप में वो अब दिल्ली की जनता के बीच में है, और जनता की माने तो मुख्यमंत्री के सीट के सबसे करीब। एक नजर इतिहास पर 2013 में पहली बार आम आदमी पार्टी चुनाव में खड़ी हुई लेकिन बहुमत से पीछे सिर्फ 28 सीटों पर थी लेकिन कांग्रेस के 8 सीटों के बदौलत 36 के बहुमत को पाकर दिल्ली की सत्ता में अपना पहला जीत हासिल की, लेकिन 49 दिन के अंदर ही अरविंद केजरीवाल ने सीएम पद से इस्तीफा दे दिया। इसका कारण बताते हुए उन्होंने कहा कि हम लोकपाल बिल।नहीं ला पाए है जिसके कारण से इस्तीफा देना पड़ा, और ये मेरी खुद की मर्जी है। 2 महीने बाद ही फिर दिल्ली के राजनीति गरमाई और विधानसभा चुनाव फिर से कराए गए जिसमें आम आदमी पार्टी को 67 सीटों से भरी बहुत मिले और भाजपा सिर्फ 3 सीटों पर सिमट गई। ऐसे ही 2019 में आम आदमी पार्टी को दोबारा 62 सीट मिले और भाजपा 8 के आंकड़े में ही थम गई। हार की वजह देखा जाए तो हार के कई वजह सामने आए है जैसे 1. क्रिमिनल चार्जेस - आम आदमी के बड़े नेता जैसे अरविंद केजरीवाल, मनीष सिसोदिया और संजय सिंह पर शराब घोटाला और मनी लॉन्ड्रिंग जैसे चार्जेस लगे और आरोप सिद्ध भी हुए, जिसके कारण से दिल्ली की जनता समझने लगी कि उन्होंने जिसको चुना है वो भी भ्रष्टाचार में लिप्त है। 2. MCD का काम न करना - दिल्ली घनी आबादी वाला क्षेत्र है और नेशनल कैपिटल भी है जिसके कारण से स्लम एरिया भी ज्यादा है, और 2014 के बाद आम आदमी पर कई सवाल उठते आए है जैसे साफ सफाई का न होना, गलियों में पानी भरना, कचरा न उठना और वाटर सप्लाई होने वाले पानी पाइप और नली का पाइप एक जगह होना, ये सब सवाल उठते और है जिसमें केजरीवाल की अपना हाथ खड़ा कर सारा आरोप बीजेपी पर या केंद्र पर लगा देती थी और यह कहते देती थी कि दिल्ली MCD हमारे हाथ में नहीं है। लेकिन 2022 में MCD के चुनाव में 134 सीटों के साथ आम आदमी पार्टी ने यह चुनाव जीत लिया लेकिन शिकायतें जारी रही जिसका जवाब केजरीवाल जी के पास नहीं थी। जिसके कारण से जनाक्रोश बढ़ा और लोगों ने इस बार भाजपा को वोट किया। 3. फ्रीबीस का वादा - चुनाव के पहले AAP के मैनिफेस्टो में कई बड़े वादे थे, जैसे महिलाओं को 2100, महिला सुरक्षा और यमुना नदी साफ करना जो कि कही न कही दिल्ली के जनता को उनपर भरोसा नहीं था, क्योंकि पंजाब में।भी केजरीवाल जी ने ऐसे ही वादे किए थे, जो आज तक पूरे नहीं हुए। ऐसे कई कारण है जिसके कारण से आम आदमी पार्टी को हार का सामना करना पड़ रहा है।
